Peppers stuffed with lobio
We all know that lobio - a hearty and delicious dish that many will have to taste! And most importantly, they can be eaten in the post. And in combination with baked pepper lobio acquires a wonderful taste that will certainly appreciate relatives and friends.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    150 g

  • Pepper

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Soak the beans in cold water for 4 hours.

After 4 hours the beans boil for one hour in salted water. Drop the beans in a colander to get rid of excess fluid. Peel the onion and carrots. Onion cut into cubes, carrots grate on a coarse grater. Lightly fry the vegetables in vegetable oil.

To the vegetables add the boiled beans, tomato paste (can substitute tomato juice or fresh tomatoes, grated on a grater), chopped walnuts and garlic.

Mix well and saute on low heat for 5 minutes.

Lobio is ready (the main thing not to eat it before the Turkey-baste peppers :-)).

Peppers a good wash.

Carefully cut off the top and remove the seeds. You can still quite Chu-bit to trim the base of the pepper, make it sustainable.

Stuff the pepper lobio and put in shape, covered with baking paper.

Close the tops and place in oven preheated to 180*C. Bake for 40 minutes, until tender pepper (but watch the oven, not turned black).

The peppers are ready remove from the oven.

Peppers can decorate with parsley sprigs.
