Cooking
Boil the pasta (1-2 minutes less than indicated on the pack). Pour water out, rinse the pasta under cold water (not stuck together). Leave them alone :)
Tomatoes fill with boiling water (to remove skin).
Meanwhile, finely chop the Basil..
.. as well as onion and garlic.
With tomatoes remove the skins, cut into small cubes.
Begin to prepare the sauce! Onions fry in a little olive oil until transparent. In the end sent him the companion, garlic, fry another few seconds. Then add tomatoes, diminish the fire, cover with a lid.
In a deep frying pan fry the beef (until tender).
Add the minced meat and Basil to tomato sauce, stir, simmer for another minute, remove from heat. Don't forget about the salt and spices!
In the pan, which was the stuffing, fry the pasta.
Add to them the tomato-meat sauce and cherry tomatoes (cut them in half). Fry all together for about a minute.
Ready! Spread on top of the arugula and sprinkle with Parmesan. You can eat ;)
