Gnocchi tricolor
Gnocchi is an Italian dumpling, usually of oval shape. But my gnocchi are not common, they symbolize the flag of Italy. The green color acts as a symbol of faith white means hope and red means love.

Ingredients

  • Mashed potatoes

    200 g

  • Spinach

  • Beets

  • Flour

    0.5 tsp

  • Paprika sweet
