Cooking

step-0
This is such a wonderful marzipan and interesting baking powder with saffron I used for this cupcake.
step-1
The softened butter vzbit with sugar and marzipan in a homogeneous lush mass. Start whipping should be at a low speed until the marzipan will not mix with oil, sometimes it is a spatula to mash the lumps.
step-2
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
step-3
Pour the sifted mixture of corn and wheat flour with the baking powder - I took it with saffron. Add the almond flour and on low speed, easy to knead the dough. Pour in the dough, dried cranberries and chocolate chips and mix gently with a spatula.
step-4
Put the dough into the prepared pan, filling no more than half volume. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until tender. Cupcake will be a ruddy brown, but can't hurt to check on a dry toothpick.
step-5
The finished cake to take out and cool on a wire rack. Then wrap it in foil and give the day to ripen in a cool, dry place.
step-6
The frosting with the taste of marzipan to breed and to cover the cupcake.
step-7
On top put strips of chocolate topping, decorate to taste and serve.
