The Turks use white beans. You can cook without meat. Will still be delicious and satisfying. Padout this dish with rice or bulgur. Try homemade Turkish cuisine.

Cooking
Beans need to soak overnight. Rinse and cook the beans in plenty of water for 40-50 minutes (after boiling) on low heat.
Onions, garlic finely chop.
Peel the carrots and grate on a fine grater.
Meat cut into small pieces.
In a deep frying pan to pour olive (vegetable) oil, fry onion, add garlic, stir. Then add the meat, stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add the carrots, tomatoes, tomato paste. Salt, add spices, a glass of hot water (you can add dried herbs). All mix well. Simmer 15 minutes with the lid closed, stirring occasionally.
After adding beans in our tomato meat sauce, stir. Check for salt and pepper, as needed add. Leave the beans boil for another 15-20 minutes.
Serve in a deep dish, bulgur or rice would be a good addition.
