Cooking
To prepare the products. Bananas I have almost black, but inside they were very normal, not rotten. This feature bananas always surprises me. The baking powder I use from "Dr. Oetker". I really love the products of this company. Earlier brought home from overseas trips, now, thank God, all can be found with us. Or almost everything.
With orange peel to erase.
Bananas mashed with a fork into a puree.
Beat eggs with fork, with yogurt.
Sift the flour with the baking powder to banana puree.
Add the egg-kefir mixture.
I even added some chopped walnuts. Just was available. But in the recipe they provided.
The dough mix well, pour into mold greased with butter and covered with a thin layer of flour.
Bake in a preheated 170*With the oven for 40 minutes, then turn off the oven and stand the cake in it for another 5-10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
For the Kurds to squeeze the juice from the orange, add sugar and stir. Starch is dissolved in 25 ml of water and add to juice, cook until thick.
Kurds are ready to pour the cooled cake, decorate to taste and refrigerate for a few hours.
