Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    0.66 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Flour

    0.25 cup

  • Oat flakes

    0.25 cup

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Beat eggs with sugar. Raisins mixed with 2 tbsp flour

Add sour cream, vegetable oil. Beat. Enter the flour, baking powder, ginger, turmeric.

Add the raisins mixed with flour. Knead the dough.

In a bowl put the flour, sugar, oatmeal, cocoa. Add the butter, cut into pieces and grind into crumbs.

In the form, greased with oil, put the dough. Sprinkle with strategem. Put in the preheated oven.

Bake at 180C for approximately 45 minutes until dry toothpick. The finished cake to cool.
