Scones with dates millet flour
Very tender, soft and flavorful scones with a bright taste and velvety texture. I think the recipe authors.

Punching in often the combine cleaned and sliced figs and lightly toasted hazelnuts. I don't clean the hazelnuts from the inner skin, so the flavor comes out.

Add to combine the butter pieces, sugar and honey, sifted with the baking powder and the flour, salt and pulse mode to break everything into fine crumbs.

Stir the egg into the yogurt. I sour 10% drinking cream, here I used. Pour the egg mixture into the flour and crumbs quickly with a spatula knead the dough. It batch provide the lightness and softness of the scones.

On a floured silicone Mat, gently roll the dough with a thickness of 1.5 cm Felling cut into scones.

Bake on parchment in preheated 180 degree oven until pink.

Hot scones cut in half and cool on a wire rack.

For cream vzbit cream cheese with honey and molasses, sprinkled with cinnamon, until smooth.

Coat the bottom halves of scones with cream, cover with lids and decorate according to their abilities.
