Description
Probably everyone has a favorite dish. My husband for example, loves the beef burgers, which I cooked in the summer for a barbecue. Here we have the winter something was delayed, and I wanted to remember summer. This random summer recipe moved into the category of out of season! A sauce of red oranges, added colors and fragrance.

Cooking
Prepare the beef patties. Beef pass through a meat grinder.
To the mince add chopped red onion, grated carrots and 1 egg. Salt and pepper - to taste.
Ready-grain rolls cut, spread on a baking sheet and warm it in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, until they become crispy.
The cutlets spread on a hot frying pan grill with olive oil. Flatten with a press (I had a bad cap).
Fry for 6 minutes on each side, so the meat remains juicy, but with a light crust.
Prepare the sauce: we need a red orange, prepared sweet-and-sour sauce, a mixture of peppers and brown sugar. Orange finely cut, without films, and combine with the remaining ingredients.
Join our Burger hot bun, chicken, salad mix and top with orange sauce.
Cover the top with bun and serve.
Love this recipe for its simplicity, bright colors and always fed and happy husband! :)
