Duck neck with beer is
I often had to cook duck in beer. And the other day I saw for sale the neck and decided to try them in the same beer. And while the dish is cooked, you can drink a beer, enjoying the aroma emanating from the upcoming "fat Hans".

Ingredients

  • Offal

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Rosemary

    1 tsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Tomato

    1 tsp

  • Sage

    1 tsp

  • Marjoram

    1 tsp

  • Fennel

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Beer

    2 cup

Cooking

Duck neck cuts into several pieces and pour the spices
