Chicken rolls with Korean carrot
This combination of products I like very much! I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    4 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Adjika

    3 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

  • Carrots

    50 g

  • Cheese

    1 pack

  • Bread crumbs

    0.5 pack

  • Sunflower oil

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Spices

Prepare the marinade: mix the chutney, mayonnaise, seasoning.

Pileski marinade for chicken in the marinade for about 30 minutes.

Take out the fillets, cut off a small piece from each pileski and the fillet is cut through the pocket.

Cut a piece pileski put on two connected cheeses.

Now this little piece pileski put a bit of the Korean carrots. Wrap everything (in a tube I didn't get the cheese broke ( ( (, I put cheese in half).

In the pocket fillet put the stuffing in the cheese. Close the pocket and secured with two toothpicks on both sides.

Here all four fillets.

Now mix eggs, salt and pepper. I added a little seasoning (universal).

In a plate pour the breadcrumbs. Included the oven at 150-180 degrees.

In a pan pour oil and put on fire. Envelops each fillet first in the egg and then in breadcrumbs. Then repeat all the same again. Now fry a couple minutes on both sides.

Place all roasted pileski in a heatproof bowl.

10-15 minutes all put it into the preheated oven. Bon Appetit!!!
