Salad with squid and vegetables
You like calamari or squid (can't remember how)??? We love. My husband calls them "ears". Salad with "ears" sounds like something bad, but it is very tasty, fresh and bright taste sensations. Do you want to try?

Ingredients

  • Squid

    2 piece

  • Lettuce

    2 handful

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    10 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Yogurt

    250 g

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Sauce

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Carcass squid cleaned, boil 2 minutes in boiling salted water.

Cool, cut into dice. From boiled eggs to separate the whites from the yolks, grate them separately. Cucumber cut into cubes. Cherry tomato rings.
