Carrot cheese cakes stuffed with prunes
So nice to start morning with delicious cheesecakes! Bright, tasty, useful and original - they will appeal to adults and children!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Prunes

    100 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

Carrots grate on medium grater, fry in butter "milieu" for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

To the carrots add the semolina, stir, cool.

Prunes and raisins pour boiling water, leave for 10 minutes. Drain the water, dried fruits grind in a blender or processor.
