Pie
This recipe I found on the Internet. But after the 1st cooking pie the original recipe, I decided to simplify it. This "simplified" recipe I have settled down and helps, when there is no time and need to entertain unexpected guests.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Jam

  • Water

Cooking

Melt butter. A small amount of oil to grease the baking dish. Turn the oven on heated (180-200*With - guided by their own).

Add sugar and butter.

Add the flour with the baking powder.

Stir until smooth. The dough should not be very thick.

Top spread jam (any). I have cherry, a very dense, this affected the appearance but not the taste. But it turns out it tastes best with Apple-pear!

The remaining 1/3 of the dough dilute with milk (or water if milk was not at home) until the consistency of thick cream.
