This recipe I found on the Internet. But after the 1st cooking pie the original recipe, I decided to simplify it. This "simplified" recipe I have settled down and helps, when there is no time and need to entertain unexpected guests.

Cooking
Melt butter. A small amount of oil to grease the baking dish. Turn the oven on heated (180-200*With - guided by their own).
Add the flour with the baking powder.
Stir until smooth. The dough should not be very thick.
2/3 of the dough to spread in shape.
Top spread jam (any). I have cherry, a very dense, this affected the appearance but not the taste. But it turns out it tastes best with Apple-pear!
The remaining 1/3 of the dough dilute with milk (or water if milk was not at home) until the consistency of thick cream.
To pour neatly on the jam.
Bake at 180-200*C for 20-25 minutes Readiness check with a toothpick.
Allow to cool slightly. To divide into portions.
