Cooking
My cut and portion pork spare ribs. Fry them in a small amount of olive oil, literally a couple of minutes on each side.
Prepare sauce: mix sour cream and mustard, add water, salt, pepper and spices to taste.
Spread the roasted ribs in a microwave safe container.
Finely chop diced the onion, and the juice left after frying meat, and fry it a few minutes until they acquire a Golden color. Arrange the onion in the meat.
Pour all cooked sauce, cover with a lid and put in the microwave on maximum power for 25 minutes, then take out, remove the lid and put in the microwave for another 15 minutes at the same power. All our ribs are ready.
On the side was served rice with sesame seeds. Turned a East-Ukrainian tandem.
