Eateries muffins with onion and egg
Options pies with onion and egg very much, I have decided to make in the form of cupcakes. It turned out to be very convenient, if you take a trip or camping.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    10 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Green onions

    1 coup

Thanks to the starter cultures from the kefir Oursson I did myself at home. Then I needed milk and starter. Milk slightly warmed, lit it ferment and sent in the oven for 8 hours at 40*. Then cooled for 2-3 hours. That's it, so simple and ultimately delicious homemade yogurt.

Whisk eggs with salt and mayonnaise. Need for the dough 4 eggs, I have 5 egg yolks because 1 egg was a double yolk)

Add the yogurt and whisk again.

Add sifted flour with soda.

Stir until smooth.

For the filling, boil and finely chop eggs. Onions also finely chop.

Add the filling to the dough and stir.

Pour in molds and bake at 185* 50 minutes.
