Cooking
Mix in small bowl the sugar, flour, butter. Mix well, add the almond petals.
Dough:Beat sugar with butter and lemon juice in a light creamy mass.
Add the cheese, still whisking with a mixer, one by one add eggs.
Stir in the flour mixture, baking powder, starch and salt. Spread 2/3 of the dough in the form (20cm) and smooth with a spatula. Sprinkle 1/3 of stresses. To lay out berries - about 1 Cup (took frozen raspberries). On top spread remaining batter and sprinkle remaining strategem.
Bake at 180* 55-65 minutes. Ready to test a torch. Cool in pan on wire rack. After cooling to get the cake from the form and sprinkle with powdered sugar as desired. Thanks for the recipe Irina.
