Casserole
Very easy to prepare zapekanka (friend since childhood). Prior to that, the potatoes with mushrooms were just fried and then decided to make my mother's recipe only slightly changed... !!!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Mushrooms

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Onion

    5 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cheese

    200 g

So let's go! For a start cut is not very finely onion, carrot and garlic (my mom adds a tomato)

Fry all in vegetable oil until Golden brown

After the vegetables in the same pan fry the mushrooms (the mushrooms can take any - I have assorted) (mother of mushrooms roasting)

Peel potatoes, cut into cubes (or as you wish) and spread it on a cookie sheet... sprinkle with salt, top with greens

Then there are the mushrooms (the mushrooms mom puts slices of tomatoes)

The top is slightly covered with mayonnaise (mom uses mayonnaise instead of sour cream or heavy cream). I'm more in love with creamer, but my husband loves Mayo, so....

The last layer - fried vegetables and pour mayonnaise (I diluted it with water), well, can and cream to fill in....

Put the potatoes in a preheated 180-200 deg. the oven for 1.5 hours

When the potatoes are almost ready, sprinkle top with cheese and again for a few minutes in the oven...
