Cannelloni with mushrooms, spinach and ricotta

Ingredients

  • Cannelloni

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Ricotta

    200 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

  • Sauce

    380 g

  • Parmesan

    1 cup

Prepare the filling. Cut and dice the onion, celery, and mushrooms into strips, carrots grate on a coarse grater, garlic, as small as possible.

Heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic.

Add the onions, carrots and celery, fry for 10 minutes, then add the mushrooms.

I have frozen portions spinach. Defrost, squeeze out excess moisture, cut.

Spinach you add to vegetables, continue to fry until soft. The stuffing is ready remove from the heat and cooled. Add ricotta, salt and pepper.

Stuff cannelloni with filling and place on a baking sheet. Pour the tomato sauce. I have sauce with Basil.

Well anoint cannelloni and send in a preheated 190* oven for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, fall asleep with grated Parmesan cheese and bake for another 20 minutes to brown cheese crust.
