Eggplant under the
The harvest from their garden ( a decent amount of vegetables) had to invent another dish! And that's what happened.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    7 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Green bell pepper

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Mayonnaise

  • Spices

  • Sunflower oil

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Lettuce

Cooking

Eggplant wash, cut into large strips, salt and leave for 10 minutes.

Onions, scrape the carrots, onion cut into half rings, fry, add the carrots grated on a coarse grater, fry until Golden brown, place on a plate.

Season the mince with salt and pepper, squeeze the garlic, stir and fry in a pan with sunflower oil until tender, add at the end cheese, cut into slices.

From eggplant to drain the juice and fry until cooked and pink brown.

Pepper cut into strips and fry, also add the peeled tomatoes, if possible, cut into strips.

Collect our dish: on a plate covered with lettuce leaves lay the eggplant, then the minced meat, a little mayonnaise mixed with the garlic, squeezed the frog, onions and carrots, pepper & tomato. Sprinkle top with chopped greens. AND, BON APPETIT!
