Cooking
Mix milk and eggs, add salt, sugar, and melted cheese grated on a fine grater. Mix well.
Gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder. Next, add the water, mix thoroughly with a whisk. At the end add the vegetable oil.
To fry the crepes, each time greasing the pan with oil Oleina. Cool.
While pancakes are cooling, prepare the filling. For this pork cut into arbitrary slices, onion half-rings. In a saucepan pour 1 tbsp oil Oleina fry the onions and meat until lightly Golden.
