Buckwheat cake with apples and cinnamon
The cake is very fragrant, and is prepared simple and fast. Again, the reason is the same-the restriction of wheat flour in the diet.

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Buckwheat flour

    80 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Cooking

Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Beat for 5 minutes.

Add to the resulting mass, both of sifted flour. Mix well with a mixer.

Clean the apples from the seeds and peel. Cut into slices what You like. Mix the apples with the dough. Put into a form. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven.
