Mini tarts with ricotta and tomatoes
Ricotta, Parmesan, tomatoes and Basil is a perfect combination. Very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    1 pack

  • Ricotta

    6 Tbsp

  • Parmesan

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    12 piece

  • Basil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

In a bowl mix ricotta, Parmesan, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, lightly beat egg with a fork.

Half eggs, add to cheese mixture and mix well.

Roll the dough into a rectangle about 30 x 25 cm Cut into 6 squares with sides of about 8-9, see my dough is sold in squares, so I was lucky and nothing to roll and rest I had (saving time). Each square on the edges brush with remaining egg.

In the middle put 1 tbsp of curd and spread it evenly. Tomatoes cherry cut in half and put four halves on the cheese mass.

Preheat the oven to 180*C (350*F). The squares lay out on a baking sheet, the laid parchment. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

The finished tarts a little bit sprinkle with pepper and finely chopped Basil. I had a small Basil leaves and I did not cut them. You can also use dry Basil.
