Ravioli with chicken
Tender meat ravioli chicken breast in the sauce "Dor blue".

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Blue cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken

  • Horseradish

    1 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

1. Finely chop chicken meat.

2. Mix the meat with homemade mayonnaise (see mayonnaise recipe in my cookbook) and horseradish.

3. Prepare the dough. Mix the flour, eggs, water, nutmeg and salt. Knead the dough for 10 minutes.

4. On a floured work surface roll out as thin as possible the dough.

5. Cut glass and roll again.

6. In the very middle of each put a teaspoon of the stuffing and stung the edge. Boil in salted water for 3-4 minutes.

7. Meanwhile, make the sauce. Cut cubes of cheese.

8. Put in a saucepan together with cream. Tormented on gas to dissolve the cheese, stirring constantly.
