Casserole with zucchini and meat turkeys
This dish turned out impromptu. It was summer, I wanted something light and delicate, but at the same time hearty. Recipe invented itself, turned out to be surprisingly tasty and unusual. Even "fussy" husband liked it, although the casseroles I have not eating.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    4 piece

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Yogurt

    50 ml

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking

Zucchini wash and cut into slices with thickness of 3-4mm. Fold in a Cup and add salt. Leave on for 5-10 minutes.

Turkey fillet cut into long pieces. You can take and chicken, but with Turkey I liked. More tender and juicy to the taste.

Fold the fillets in a bowl, add the chopped onion, add salt and spices for chicken. Onions is better to take white, the taste is not as sharp and it juicier.

Form for baking grease with vegetable oil and place a layer of zucchini, as shown in the figure.

On top of the zucchini spread our fillet with onion.

In a bowl mix the eggs, yogurt and pepper. It's better to whisk. If the sauce is too thick, add a little yogurt.

Pour this mixture fillet with onion.

On top lay another layer of zucchini, but no overlap.

Sprinkle generously with cheese and make a grid of mayonnaise.

Bake in the oven at 180 grudusk about 40 minutes. Until Golden brown. There can be hot and cold.
