  • Oat flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Soda

Banana blend it in the blender. Add 1 egg and 4 tablespoons oat flour (I grind rolled oats NOT quick cooking). All beat up. Sugar I did not add, since the banana adds sweetness, but if You have a sweet tooth, then... there's Your imagination run wild! ))) you can add a little honey or sugar)

Bake in a well heated non-stick pan on both sides.

I often make large pancakes and collected here in this mini-cake ))) miss pancakes homemade yogurt, mixed with blueberries and top with a little sprinkle dark chocolate, grated on a grater. Soooooooooooooo. Oh yeah! From the specified in the recipe the quantity of ingredients makes about 4 pancakes. Better to take a DOUBLE portion if you're cooking not only for myself)))
