The chicken in the chips
Today is the first time making this dish, not knowing what will happen, but the result exceeded my expectations - really enjoyed it and suggest you try.

Ingredients

  • Chips

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Dry white wine

    200 ml

  • Cheese

In a frying pan, in olive oil (or vegetable) in a pan, fry chopped onion and garlic until Golden brown, add chicken thighs, cut in half (I used chicken), add the wine and simmer on low heat under a lid for 40 minutes - until tender.

Remove the meat and cool slightly, remove the skin and meat apart into small pieces and put back in the pan with the onions, add chopped canned mushrooms, I added the carrots-baby, a little roast, not necessarily, but I added a little cream. Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper, add the greens.

Put in a pan with high sides, top lay slices of cheese.

Cheese spread chips straws, I don't know whether they have, but I think - if not, you can substitute crushed regular.

Sprinkle a little grated cheese and place in oven at 180 degrees until the cheese melts.
