Oatmeal gingerbread gingerbread
Gingerbread is simply amazing. Fragrant, delicate, airy texture, the pieces and asks one after the other. In the form of heat, the perfect Cup of milk or yogurt, in cold, wonderful treat to a Cup of tea or coffee, highly recommend to try, help yourself dear cooks!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    80 g

  • Oat flakes

    30 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    30 g

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Honey

    20 g

  • Molasses

    20 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    75 ml

  • Raisins

    30 g

  • Dried apricots

    4 piece

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Saffron

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Grind oatmeal in a coffee grinder.

Mix flour, crushed cereal, baking powder, saffron and ginger, stir.

On low heat warm butter, sugar, honey and flow to a smooth consistency, but do not boil!

Milk with egg and whisk.

Mix the flour mixture with the beaten egg and milk, stir.

Add honey mixture, mix well.

Add washed raisins, sesame seeds and finely chopped dried apricots, stir.

Form grease with a little oil, pour the dough and bake it in the oven at 180C for 30-40 minutes, focusing on your oven, it took me 30 minutes.
