Pancake with oatmeal
Making pancakes is a great idea for a quick and hearty Breakfast, especially if the dough is cooked in the evening. In the morning - 5 minutes and hot Breakfast is ready.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    75 g

  • Corn starch

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Butter

    15 g

  • Oat flakes

    40 g

Cooking

Mix the flour, cornstarch and eggs.

Add the baking powder, soft butter, milk. Stir until smooth.

Add cereal and remove the dough overnight in the refrigerator. If you prepare a pastry in the morning, then let stand for at least an hour.

In the morning bake in a pan (I have a crepe maker).

Serve immediately, hot with honey, maple syrup or jam. You can with caviar.
