Pumpkin casserole
Filled my family with pumpkin, her husband is looking forward to the competition meats, and I have one last piece.. That's figured out how to attach it, at the same time a new form was tested in the case. Pumpkin casserole with potatoes and leeks in the competition "Bright mood"

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

Cooking

Beef defrosted. Onions finely chop, mix with minced meat, salt, pepper, add oregano.

The white part of the leeks cut into rings 1 cm wide, to disassemble into smaller rings.

Minced meat fry in butter for 5-7 minutes. Pumpkin remove seeds and peel, 1/3 to defer, the rest cut into cubes and add to the mince. Fry till the pumpkin become soft.

Form grease with oil. Peel the potatoes, cut into circles and spread in a single layer on the bottom of the form.

On top lay a layer of minced meat with pumpkin.

Next, a layer of leeks.

Finish with a layer of potatoes. Lazy pumpkin cut into triangles and boil until tender. I did in microwave about 5 minutes (power 750 W). From triangles to lay flowers. From the top you can sprinkle grated pumpkin, if left.

Mix cream cheese, milk, eggs and cream, season with salt, add nutmeg.

Pour the oil mixture over vegetables, sprinkle with grated cheese. Flowers decorate with olives. Bake at 190-200 gr until Golden brown.
