Stale bun grind in a blender to a state of crumbs. For the cheese topping you will need 3 tablespoons. (Remove the rest).
In a blender put the chopped parsley, grated cheese, bread crumbs, olive oil to grind. Pepper and salt to taste.
Pumpkin cut into small cubes. Sprinkle with curry powder and stir. Salt. Roll in flour and fry in olive oil until Golden brown. To make the sauce. Whip the cream to a state of sour cream. (Important not to interrupt cream). In a cream to put finely chopped dill, turmeric and garlic passed through the press. Add salt and pepper to taste.
