Cooking
Yogurt mixed with soda and cereals,
and leave for 10 min for swelling of cereals.
Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess juice.
To the yogurt with cereals add zucchini, egg, salt and sugar, mix well.
Sift the flour into the batter and stir.
You can add dry seasoning, if you don't like sweet pancakes.
Bake pancakes on a heated and greased griddle,
on low heat on both sides until Golden brown.
