Today I want to suggest You try the interpretation of Italian sweet cake. Its made out of dough that remained after baking bread. The site has a similar recipe, but I venture to suggest to your option-it is lean and tinned fruit.

Ingredients

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Pineapple

    400 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Yeast

    25 g

  • Anis

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Dissolve yeast in 50ml of warm water adding 1/3 tsp of sugar.

In the sifted flour add salt,1 tbsp sugar, yeast, warm water and olive oil.

Kneading the dough for 20 minutes After that, divide the dough into two parts. Put the dough in a deep bowl and leave to rise for 4 hours. During this time the dough will increase in three times. It is not necessary to press down.
