Cooking
Dissolve yeast in 50ml of warm water adding 1/3 tsp of sugar.
In the sifted flour add salt,1 tbsp sugar, yeast, warm water and olive oil.
Kneading the dough for 20 minutes After that, divide the dough into two parts. Put the dough in a deep bowl and leave to rise for 4 hours. During this time the dough will increase in three times. It is not necessary to press down.
Included to warm up the oven to the temperature 190град. Form grease with vegetable (olive)oil. Take one ball and with your hands stretch it around the form. On top lay a large part of the pineapple, sprinkle with half the sugar and half of anise. My Anis is old, I have it, just in case, I pomalaa in the mill.
