Cooking

step-0
Knead the dough. Eggs (2 pieces) mix with salt and sugar, add gradually the flour and amaranth, slowly pour in the milk (milk must be warm, I heated up in the microwave) and sparkling water. And enter vegetable oil. Well kneaded, to avoid lumps. And leave the dough for 10 minutes. p. S. the author of the recipe is not specified, what is the volume of the glass. I'm a milk and soda measured out a Cup with a volume of 240 ml.
step-1
While the dough is resting, put the stew for the filling, rice and eggs. I did it with the help of a slow cooker - at the same time: in the bowl of rice in the container-double boiler eggs. Mode "rice/grain" for 30 minutes.
step-2
Fry the pancakes. Everything, as usual. In my opinion, even and paint is not worth it, HOW to fry pancakes))
step-3
From these ingredients I got 12 pieces of pancakes. The finished pancakes aside and prepare the filling.
step-4
For the filling, do this a-La salad: cod liver oil + eggs + rice + green onions. Cod liver oil and eggs I just mash with a fork, onion "shear" kitchen scissors. p. S. the girlfriend doesn't like cod liver oil, so for the filling exactly the same pancakes cod liver oil was replaced with a jar of tuna.
step-5
Stuffed with pancakes and Bon APPETIT!
