Preheat the oven to 175С. Grease muffin cups with oil.

Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package until soft.

Cheese, sour cream, Cayenne pepper, flour, salt, allspice, mix in a large mixer with cream cheese, add the Cayenne pepper, flour, salt and pepper. All thoroughly to get a creamy mass. Add the slightly undercooked pasta and stir. Add cheeses. And stir again thoroughly.

Put a lot into your prepared tin, filling the cups almost to the top. Top with the sliced pepper rings.

You can sprinkle each muffin with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes, until the cheese starts to brown. Remove from oven and leave for 5-10 minutes before lay and serve. Can be fed.
