A fairly simple recipe of muffins. Generally, for lunch, for tea went all the dish muffins.

Cooking
With a whisk mix the flour, salt, baking powder.
With a mixer on medium speed beat butter with sugar (200 grams). Take butter at room temperature.
Then one by one add eggs, then vanilla essence.
Switch the mixer on the slowest mode, add flour, stir and gradually pour in the milk. Stir, until the dough becomes more or less converge, then the muffins will be tender and friable.
The muffin grease oil and sprinkle flour. Put the dough into molds. The remaining 50 grams of sugar mixed with grated nutmeg and a sprinkle caps muffins. Put the muffins in a preheated 190 degree oven and hold it for about 25 minutes.
After cooking, remove from oven and tins and can be served with tea. I made chocolate Fudge, and who wanted, poured it on top of muffins. By the way in these muffins, you can add a lot of toppings, from berries and raisins to grated nuts or jam.
