Risotto with mushrooms-meatless option
Another version of risotto, is suitable for fasting.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

  • Corn

    0.5 can

  • Sweet pepper

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Oyster mushrooms

    300 g

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

Wash rice and dry. In a skillet or heavy saucepan, heat the oil, add the rice and lightly fry, salt to taste, pour boiling water at the rate of 2:1 (boiling water twice that of rice) and cook until tender.

Oyster mushrooms washed, cleaned, cut into slices, lightly fry in vegetable oil. Onion cut into half rings, add the mushrooms and fry until zolotisty onions.

Pepper remove seeds, cut into thin strips and fry in vegetable oil. Add to rice fried mushrooms, peppers, corn.

Then add ketchup (or tomato paste) and warm up for 10-15 minutes.
