Description

Lazy pepper
Love bell peppers stuffed with vegetables, but sometimes (often) too lazy to stuff - so was born this dish. "Fast from Moulinex"

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    400 g

  • Tomato paste

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Greens

Cooking

Three carrots on a grater for Korean carrot (or cut into strips)

Onions cut thin half-rings

Bell peppers (I had frozen) if fresh, then 2-3 major things cut into strips

In a deep saucepan, heat oil and fry the onion until transparent

Add carrots and fry also, then a little priceseven

Add pepper and a little water

All simmer under lid until almost cooked, add the tomato paste, pepper, salt, sugar, spices to taste and simmer until fully cooked. I sometimes add boiled rice (it's filling side dish). The finished dish sprinkle with your favorite herbs.
