Steamed vegetables with tofu
Tofu lovers dedicated!!! Especially Oksanochka (OCU)...

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    100 g

  • Cabbage

    200 g

  • Tofu

    200 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Eggplant (I used dried, pre-soaked over night in water, can be replaced with mushrooms) cut into pieces, hold it in soy sauce for 10-15 minutes. Fry in oil

Slice cabbage, add to the eggplant-simmer all for 15 minutes

Diced tofu to hold it in soy sauce 10 minutes and at the end of cooking in the pan for 5-7 minutes. Add garlic, spices (I used white pepper and geladrink). Bon appetit!!!
