Chicken with Mexican potatoes/Patatas fritas de gallina
The combination of chicken and potatoes in the Mexican style.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    6 piece

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Chili

    0.5 piece

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Celery root

  • Vegetable oil

  • Lettuce

  • Dill

  • Cucumber

  • Tomato

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Salt

  • Curry

Chicken thighs to defrost, rinse, place in a fireproof dish, mix with finely chopped garlic, chilli, salt and curry. Marinate about 30 minutes. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven (out of about 20-25 minutes)

Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, fry until Golden brown in vegetable oil. Add chili sauce and tomato paste and fry for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Spread the potatoes on the chicken

Make the dressing: whisk with fork egg, add to it the celery, whisk and pour CHICK .... Put back in the oven for 15-20 minutes, subtracting the heat to 150 degrees.

Serve, decorating with greens and red ground pepper....
