Cooking
In the sifted flour add the salt and stir In 1/2 Cup of warm (not hot) water to dilute the yeast and sugar. This mixture pour in the flour.
Add 1 tbsp oil and start kneading, gradually adding warm water. After kneading the dough should get sticky, but doesn't stay on his hands (as pictured). Water will go somewhere, a glass.
The finished dough cover and leave in a warm place to rise for 2 hours.
Then put the dough on a greased baking sheet and greased HANDS (never unroll the pizza dough) spread it and leave to rest for another 30 minutes.
While the dough is resting, drain the juice from the tuna and leave it to drain in a sieve.
Half the onion cut into thin half-rings.
Coat the dough with the juice mixed with the remaining oil and place in a preheated oven (220°C) on the bottom for 10-15minutes, until browned on the bottom.
Get our pizza, put the tuna, onion, mozzarella and again in the oven, this time on the penultimate level on top for 5-10 minutes.
Pizza ready!!! Long we waited, but, believe me, you will not regret.:-) PS the Oven is better to warm up an hour before baking.
