Lamb in wine
For this dish, my husband was inspired by the program "Eat at home" with Julia Vysotskaya. However, we had not strictly followed the recipe, maybe even somewhere deviated from it. But... the Meat melts in your mouth... Very tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Dry red wine

    0.35 l

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Lamb

    1.5 kg

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

Marinate meat in soy sauce, olive oil and spices for lamb, at least an hour, but the longer the better. The meat is marinated, you can fry in a well heated pan on all sides until Golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.

In the same pan fry the onion cut into half rings, put the meat.

Throw the garlic, pour the wine, cover and wrap with foil, put in a preheated 200 degree oven for about two hours
