Bread with Apple puree and ginger
The bread turns out a bit, with a light Apple sweetness and subtle aftertaste of ginger.

Ingredients

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Water

    0.333 cup

  • Fruit puree

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Molasses

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

To load the ingredients into the baking dish according to the instructions for your HP. In my Mulinex this sequence: water, applesauce, dry milk, salt, molasses (honey or sugar), oil... If your Apple sauce watery, then boil down it. With puree of such density as to my pictures turned out very well. The bun wasn't runny, had to add flour in the process.

Then sift on top the flour, pour the yeast and ginger.
