Vegetable curry
Easy-to-prepare dish with the usual products. All the zest is to add seasoning-curry which adds incredible flavor.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Cabbage

    600 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Curry

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    100 g

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

Cooking

1.Shinkuem cabbage.

2. Heat oil in a saucepan, add the spices (curry, red pepper) fry 2-3 minutes

3. Put the cabbage and simmer 10 minutes.

4.Meanwhile, chop in small cubes the potatoes

5. Sent the potatoes to the Kale, there is tomato paste and water.

6. Simmer until cooked on low heat. At the end add the Bay leaves. Bon appetit!
