Pork baked with potatoes and onions
Very tender, juicy and rich in taste meat.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Allspice

  • Salt

  • Thyme

Cooking

Green onions and garlic grind in a blender along with spices. Pour the oil, salt and mix well.

RUB the pork paste and leave for 1 h at room temperature. To rearrange in a preheated 190 °C oven. Cook for 1 h 30 min.

Potatoes and onions cut into large slices, place in pan around the pork, drizzle with oil, season with salt, cook another 40 min. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes Bon appetit!
