Meat hedgehogs in sour cream
Cute rice-meat hedgehogs in spicy cream gravy.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    800 g

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    450 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

Thoroughly mix the minced meat, washed rice, egg, salt, spices

And here's what happens

Form of minced meat hedgehogs and throw in boiling water (1.5 liters). The size of hedgehogs depends on your preferences! Fire is the middle.

So, all hedgehogs in the pot - now add the sour cream

Finely grated carrot, salt, spices and gently mix.

Just lower the fire to hedgehogs evenly boiled.10 minutes in an open pan and 15-20 minutes under loosely covered with a lid. Sauce should slightly thicken. All! Turn off the heat. (If in doubt about readiness, boldly caught one hedgehog and try!) Here are the hedgehogs in the pan
