Barley cake
Cake made of barley flour with cottage cheese. For the Amateur, of course, but I advise you to try.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Flour barley

    2 cup

  • Flour

    0.25 cup

  • Baking powder

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Egg mixed with salt and sugar.Add the cheese and milk,stir

In the curd mixture add the flour and mix well.Then add restofline oil and mix again. The batter should be pretty thick

The form of grease and sprinkle with breadcrumbs

Spread the batter into the pan,flatten with a spoon and put in a preheated oven to 200 g.

Bake for 30-40 minutes until Golden brown. Cushy cut,spread with butter(can be a mixture of oil+garlic+dill+parsley) and treat.
