Herring stuffed with cream and caviar pate
Very quick and delicious appetizer of deviled herring and cream-caviar pate.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    1 piece

  • Pollock ROE

    2 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    50 g

  • Cheese curd

    50 g

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Onion

    20 g

  • Egg white

    1 piece

Mix in a homogeneous mass of cottage cheese with butter TM "Ekomilk". The butter will give the pate a special delicate, creamy taste.

Add the chopped onions.

Next, add some finely diced cooked carrots, chopped boiled squirrels and ROE of Pollock. Mix well.

Herring cleaned, cut lengthwise into 2 parts, remove the bones, one piece of herring to lay out on plastic wrap and cover the cream and caviar pate.
