Plum cake
Again my revision in the fridge gave me a beautiful and delicious plum cake!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Margarine

    150 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Drain

    300 g

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

Cooking

Margarine or butter to RUB on a large grater, add the flour, yolks, sugar, salt and knead the dough. Spread the batter into the pan, flatten with your hands, making bumpers. Very often prick with a fork and bake for 10-15 minutes until Golden brown.

Plum wash, cut into strips, mix with sugar and starch. Spread on the dough.

Beat the whites with the sugar and vanilla sugar (the whites should be chilled). Put plums on top of the beaten egg whites.

Bake for another 10 minutes!
