Ingredients

  • Spaghetti

    250 g

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Green onions

  • Tomato juice

    1 cup

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Basil

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Boil spaghetti until tender. Drizzle with olive oil. The oven is heated to 200 C.

Mushrooms cut into small pieces. Fry mushrooms, add green onions and 1 clove garlic passed through the press, quickly fry all together, season with salt and pepper.

For the tomato sauce - tomato juice put in a saucepan on the stove, add the tomato paste, ketchup, squeeze 1 clove of garlic and chopped Basil. Add salt, pepper and, if necessary, sugar to taste. Bring to a boil.

In a baking dish pour 1/3 of the tomato sauce, put the spaghetti, with a fork to roll them out of the nest. The mushroom stuffing to put in the slot.

Pour around remaining sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in oven for 15-20 minutes.
